Heritage Mississauga invites you to join us at this year’s Canada Pavilion a “Sportactular” experience for all ages. We will be celebrating the sports we play and our Canadian sports heroes coast to coast. Throughout the Pavilion you will discover things you didn’t know about our great country, you’ll hear some awesome Canadian artists on our stage and have the chance to try your hand at some of our amazing sports. Lots of fun for the whole family. Get ready for the whistle…..its time for the games to begin! Try your hand at our favourite sports, hockey, basketball, football, soccer and so much more. Visit the Sports Arena to see demonstrations on Disc Golf, Badminton, Field Hockey, Pickleball just to name a few of the great sports you can see and try. We thank our partner the Mississauga Sports Council who are hosting the Sports Arena. Join us for a special Shinney hockey game on Saturday at 4pm, between the Port Credit Storm and the Streetsville Derby’s. Then on Sunday at 4pm we welcome the MGHL Hurricanes for a women’s game of Shinney. ENTERTAINMENT:
Have we got some amazing entertainment for you to enjoy at the Canada Pavilion. Hear the great sounds of Clark Schlesinger, River North, Screeched Inn and the Speck Brothers as they bring you the sounds of the Canadian music scene. Throughout the weekend we also have some amazing fun entertainment on our stage. See the amazing magician Steven Jones, participate in our fun Canadian Quiz Master contest for some amazing prizes and enjoy the talented Marie Ann Longlade School of Dance perform some of their greatest dance numbers.
CUISINE:
The Canuck Café will be open once again to enjoy some of our famous unique Canadian cuisine. We invite you to sit at one of our café tables and enjoy the entertainment along with your meal. Our menu is pure Canadian cuisine at its best. You will enjoy Peameal on a Bun, Gourmet Poutine, Hotdogs and fries.
And please join us at the Toonie Taster counter where you will find the tastiest treats all for $2.00.

The 2023 Canada Pavilion offered a unique opportunity to explore the best of Canada’s great outdoors. We learned about our country’s natural wonders, the animals of the forest and urban centres, the beautiful Maples and majestic forests, our extreme weather and vast waterways.
