ENTERTAINMENT:

Prepare to be dazzled by high‑energy Irish dance performances from the Graham School of Irish Dance and guest performers throughout the weekend. Expect heart‑pounding reels, graceful slip jigs, lively hornpipes, and modern choreography inspired by Riverdance‑style athleticism.

Our stage will also feature:

Live Celtic bands performing Irish classics and contemporary favourites
Audience participation moments, including traditional céilí (party) dancing
Cultural demonstrations celebrating Irish heritage, storytelling, and music
Irish sport spotlights, showcasing the skills, history, and excitement of traditional Gaelic games such as hurling and Gaelic football

Performances and demonstrations take place continuously throughout the festival hours, creating a true pub‑style Irish atmosphere inside the pavilion.

CUISINE:

In Ireland, centuries ago, hospitality was once the law of the land where a hot meal was ready for any stranger who passed by.

Not breaking with tradition, The Limerick Lounge, our Irish cottage kitchen, provides traditional Irish fare and quick authentic bites.
