Carassauga Festival of Cultures has become an important annual event in Mississauga’s calendar and its popularity has steadily increased in recent years.  As the largest multicultural festival in Canada, taking place at the end of May each year, it celebrates the diversity of our city through entertainment, food and culture. 

We are happy to announce our 2024 festival dates listed below. So mark your calendars.

 

2024 Festival Dates

Friday May 24th – Opening Ceremony Only – free event at PFFC outdoor area (5500 Rose Cherry Place)
*Please note: pavilions are closed on Friday*

Pavilion Locations are open:

Saturday May 25th – 12:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Sunday May 26th – 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm

 

2024 Festival Locations

Pavilions are located in various cultural and recreation centres in Mississauga, giving visitors the opportunity to “travel the world” without leaving the city.

Burnhamthorpe Community Centre (1500 Gulleden Drive) *NEW LOCATION

Canadian Coptic Centre (1245 Eglinton Ave W)

  • Indoor and Outdoor Area  – Egypt

Frank McKechnie Community Centre (310 Bristol Road E.)

Mississauga Valley Community Centre (1275 Mississauga Vly Blvd) *NEW LOCATION

Paramount Fine Foods Centre (5500 Rose Cherry Place)

Paramount Fine Foods Centre Sportsplex (5600 Rose Cherry Place)

Portuguese Cultural Centre of Mississauga (53 Queen ST. N)

St. Sava Serbian Centre (2520 Dixie Road) Please note, this facility is not wheelchair accessible

FREE transportation on All MiWay buses and Carassauga shuttle buses connecting to all the Locations.
