At the Caribbean Pavilion, indulge in a diverse array of reggae, soca, and calypso rhythms that will ignite your soul. You will also experience an array of beautiful national outfits to introduce you to the cultural heritage of many Caribbean islands. The nostalgia of the youth performances will transcend you straight to the island heat and fun. You will not be able to keep yourself from moving to the magical rhythm of the islands. CUISINE:

Be sure to bring your appetite because nothing can stop you from enjoying the fabulous array of flavours, from spicy to mild or sweet decadence. Come for the ever popular Jerk chicken or curry goat meal. Don’t miss out on the delicious taste of pholourie and fritters, fungee and pepperpot plus so much more from the islands. There is something for every palate!

Toonie Taste:

  • Salara (Rolly polly – Dough: active dry yeast, sugar, warm water, all-purpose flour, salt, warm milk, melted butter
  • Filling: sweetened shredded coconut, water, melted butter, vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon almond extract, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, red food coloring
  • Festival – all-purpose Flour, Cornmeal, Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, Milk or Cold Oil
